As advocates, we believe that our clients deserve fair compensation for their injuries and losses due to the negligence of others who cause accidents, as well as pain & suffering.
Siganporia Law Firm focuses on Personal Injury Law and Real Estate. To accommodate client demand, we also offer notary public services, as well as personal wills and power of attorney drafting services.
Faranaz Siganporia
Faranaz Siganporia is the founder of Siganporia Law Firm and the firm’s managing lawyer. Her practice encompasses all areas of personal injury litigation including Accident Benefits (AB) & Tort Claims from Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA), Slip & Fall Injuries, Catastrophic Injuries, Occupier’s Liability, Product Liability and Animal Attacks.
Faranaz has extensive experience in representing her clients through all aspects of the legal process. She works diligently with her clients from the very beginning till their claims are resolved. She is a firm believer in justice, a strong legal professional and never backs down from a good fight. She sympathizes deeply with her clients’ situations, and her dedication is reflected through her aggressive representation of her clients against insurance companies and opposing counsel.
In her free time, Faranaz is a multi-faceted individual with many different interests and has a particular passion for the performance arts.

Hermione Shou
Lawyer
Hermione’s practice focuses on all areas of law at the firm, including personal injury and real estate.
Hermione graduated with an HBA from the Ivey School of Business at Western University before pursuing a Juris Doctorate at the University of Ottawa. During law school, she was involved with various social justice initiatives and equity groups.
Hermione is fluent in Cantonese and can assist clients in this language. In her free time, Hermione enjoys making music, back-country camping, pilates, and savouring different types of tea.
